About Isi Pringle

Co-Founder

Isi Pringle is a results-driven DevOps and Cloud Platform Engineer with over 10 years of experience automating, securing, and scaling infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments.

His technical depth spans the full cloud-native stack: Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible, container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker, CI/CD pipeline design with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Argo CD, and DevSecOps practices that embed security throughout the software delivery lifecycle. He’s equally comfortable architecting multi-cloud platforms as he is troubleshooting production incidents at 2 AM.

Isi’s career has taken him through enterprise environments where precision matters — Varonis, Acer America, Dell Technologies, Akamai Technologies, and Insight Enterprises. At each stop, he delivered measurable impact: reducing deployment times by 65%, improving incident detection by 40%, cutting cloud spend through FinOps optimization, and mentoring junior engineers on IaC best practices and root cause analysis.

What sets Isi apart is his ability to bridge the gap between complex technical challenges and real business outcomes. He doesn’t just build pipelines — he builds systems that teams can trust, maintain, and scale.

Isi holds a B.S. in Computer Science, Project Management & Lean Six Sigma credentials from Georgetown University, and industry certifications including CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), and AWS Solutions Architect. He’s currently pursuing his Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification.

Based in the Washington, D.C. metro area, Isi co-founded Gravitas Technology with a clear mission: deliver the kind of high-quality, high-integrity technical solutions that government and enterprise clients deserve — no shortcuts, no excuses.

About Eric Glodji

Co-Founder

Eric Glodji brings over 12 years of IT experience and 9 years as a dedicated DevSecOps and Cloud Security Engineer to Gravitas Technology. His career has been defined by securing and optimizing cloud infrastructure for Federal and private sector clients across health, finance, and government — where the stakes are highest and security is non-negotiable.

His technical expertise runs deep: container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker, CI/CD pipeline architecture using Jenkins and Terraform, cloud security hardening across AWS and Azure, and implementing DevSecOps practices that catch vulnerabilities before they reach production. Eric doesn’t just build secure systems — he builds security cultures within engineering teams.

Eric currently serves as Lead Technologist at Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting the U.S. Department of Treasury and GSA. In this role, he architects complex CI/CD pipelines, leads security implementations using tools like Snyk and AWS GuardDuty, and mentors junior engineers on automation best practices and root cause analysis. He’s led migrations from monolithic architectures to microservices, implemented Kubernetes clusters with auto-scaling and load balancing, and established continuous monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.

His prior experience includes cloud security and DevOps roles supporting CMS, DHHS, Kaiser Permanente, and the International Finance Corporation — each engagement sharpening his ability to deliver enterprise-grade solutions under regulatory scrutiny.

His certifications speak for themselves: AWS DevOps Professional, AWS Security Specialty, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), PMP, and Azure Security Engineer Associate. Eric is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Information Technology from Walden University — because he believes the best engineers never stop learning.

Based in Frederick, Maryland, Eric co-founded Gravitas Technology with a clear vision: bring Federal-grade security discipline and DevSecOps excellence to every engagement — no compromises, no shortcuts.
